Sophie Harper arrives at the mall equipped for a fun day of shopping, but chaos alternates greeting her, clothes fold, luggage misplaced, toys scattered and shop supplies disappear as she goes through boutiques, restaurant dockets, toys and beauty salons allowing shop owners to find her missing possessions.
